Any one know where i can get a CDI unit from? with out remortgaging!!!!

i've got one came off a 91 that had no problems bar a run in with a taxi. your's for 30 euro plus P&P

Ed, the pulse genarator isn't part of the CDI, it's No.8 in this pic:-

totally confused with the fault, no spark at plugs checked all the usual suspects, any idea?

If you have a multi meter, there are some useful diagnostic tests for the ignition in the service manual. There's a link to it online somewhere on this forum.Page 15-3
