POR 15 Tank Sealer Kits - from Canadian Distributor

Just wanted to throw this out there. I recently purchased the "Heavy Duty Motorcycle Tank Sealer Kit" from these Por guys, this is the third one I have purchased and used, but the first on a tank that was previously sealed, which was why I went with the 'heavy duty' one. It DOES NOT work for #@^#@ on removing the old sealer, it left me with a gummy mess, and worse than that, the canadian distributor has not gotten back to me after I have sent him two long complaint emails, askling, what now?? My tank was poorly sealed before, but now its full of gummy shite that i cant get out.

Any suggestions? experiences? I wouldnt suggest these a-holes if customer service means anything to you, the company is called Stevens Auto Electric and MAchine Ltd. in Grimsby, Ontario. If you were ever going to buy anything from them, may I suggest supporting your fellow rider instead and spend your money elsewhere!!
