Ok, I want to make sure I'm not the only one before I start re-syncing carbs and tearing into stuff.
It's been really humid, and I've put about 200 miles on my bike the last week in humid weather. It is idling like garbage and misses and even started stalling out.
I've been constantly adjusting the idle, but even adjusted for about 1200-1300rpm it surges as high as 2000 sometimes. The gas couldn't be fresher as I've been riding it. I synced the carbs in April when riding season started.
Does anyone else notice this in humid weather?

Humid or wet weather running problems = plug wires. Watch them at night and you will likely see arcing between the wires or to the engine or frame. Even if they measure out correctly for resistance, the insulation can be broken down allowing them to arc.
