Here is a set of Honda Hawk bars. Taller even than the originals but may require longer cables. Will fit otherwise. Early vf's and other Hondas will fit ok as long as they had 41mm forks. You may be looking for awhile for an OEM set.

bike bandit still lists the left side, you may want to call them to see if they actually can get the left side and ask about the right? It seems odd that they would only have one side, but who knows, maybe bikes drop more on the right.

where are you located? I found this one on the Los Angeles craiglist.

you could easily make money parting it out at this price. Should be able to snap it up for close to 500 bucks  would imagine.

OP; to be honest, I've found that the original bars aren't great and can cause wrist ache. The MKll CB-1, which hardly left the shores of Japan had slightly higher bars. If you're looking at a new set, I'd consider ordering a set of those. I have all the parts manuals here so could look the part number up. The only problem with new bars is the price Embarrassed I've also got a set of 41mm bars off a VF1100R going spare somewhere but, as mentioned above, you'll probably need to alter the cables.

Thanks Drewski.  I can see from pics that the original bars are at least 1" higher than what is on there now.  Right now I am really reaching and my hands and wrists do hurt after a while.  I am way too old to ride like that.  Higher and a little closer to the saddle would be great for me.  I have even considered going to a streetfigher setup from spiegler lsl.  I would prefer clip ons though.  Any info you can share is greatly appreciated.  I was planning on installing ss braided brake lines and new pads anyway so cable length adjustments are OK.  I am not familiar with that vf and other number you listed.  I will try to look for pics of those.

I am not sure if this helps but what I am looking for is a similar riding position as my Suzuki RGV 250.  That bike fits me perfect and I would like to try to get close to that with the CB1.

I saw a CBR(oops i meant CBR) 125, I dont know if you guys have these little bikes, they are pretty much always for sale with no mileage on them used. I would imagine they are pretty boring to ride, anyway, they have VERY similar looking clip ons, but I have no idea if the forks are 41 or not. I couldnt find them on bikebandit

Do they look original?  I have never seen any in person so I was wondering.

no they dont, I took a better look after I posted that. They look like the ones on sale on ebay all over the place that are brand new, and not much different in price. Sorry. I can send you a picture of mine later in the week when I get back home, if you want to see what the OEM ones look like. The handle bars have stock ends in them with weights for some reason, but apparently removing them does nothing to the balance/fee;(according to others on here)

A close up pic of your bars would be nice.  Those on e-bay don't look like they have the rise from what I have seen looking at pictures.  I will ask him for other views just in case.

Those are not cb-1 bars but aftermarket that are on ebay.
Best pic I have right now is this. My camera is on loan.

Yep, those on ebay are definitely aftemarket.  No rise and 2 fasteners.  The set on my bike now are similar with 3 fasteners.  Your original set has 1 fastener.  So I am still looking.

I am not familiar with that vf and other number you listed.  I will try to look for pics of those.

My fault, that should read "VF1000R". I've managed to dig them out if they're any use to you. They're about 1 inch higher than standard - can put some pics up if you like?

Having said that, the CB-1 bars have end weights, (proper ones rather than these silly alloy ones people buy), but the VFR ones don't. The CB-1 can be a bit "tingly" so you may be better off with original ones. Problem with that is that they don't seem to turn up, (esp straight), too often.
