as the title states my tach is acting very funky!
my tach only works when the bike is warm.....what the heck? when the bike is cold or hasn't been started in a while the needle will just sit there...dead.
anyone with a similar experience or input?
thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a similar problem once. As weird as it sounds, the needle was literally sticking to the stop pin. Take the clocks apart and clean the needle ad stop pin with solvent cleaners, careful not to splash on the dials though!
