Fixing a loose baffle rattle
«
on:

I have noticed my exhaust (stock stainless steel) is beginning to rattle more and more, while its not really got any louder, its driving me crazy at high revs. I saw a couple of earlier threads about not being able to fix a broken stock exhaust and I certainly cant afford a new exhaust as that was the only option given to me by my local honda dealer. does anyone have any ideas how i could get rid of this rattle???
Cheers

the baffle can be welded back up to the plate that you see on the end. Thats the only place where its welded! Any welder should be able to sort it for you.
