Very impressive!  I had seen that before and it still got me on the edge of my seat!  That would be fun to do, provided I put crash bars all over my 1!  Smiley

 Grin yes!this bloke is incredible!
this is japan and the japanese are unbelievably disciplined.
looks almost like a toy!
i HATE sportsbikes but THIS CBR sure is an UNREAL HANDLING machine.
puts the 1 to shame for sure.Shocked.
must be a lot of fun doing that.

I think that video is shot at a Japanese motorcycle license testing facility used also for gymkhana competitions. Their riding skill demands for a license test are certainly more stringent than here in Canada.

JX: I think you would be very surprised at how well a CB-1 would do in that situation. Getting the CBR to do what he does in the video would be much harder. They are designed for high speed handling. Their only advantage would be greater ground clearance. You would be dragging hard parts at those lean angles on a CB-1 for sure.

Could be done at a testing facility but that is definitely not testing being done!

yes just as impressive!the first bloke is using a vandalised nc24 though Grin

and the cops are also using vfr's,too some kind of japanese only 800 model.nice!
i love vfr's!!sooo much!allways wanted 400!either one!but never happened!
