o well summer is around the corner. i want to know if you can tow start the cb-1 and how to do it
i can't findthe wire harness ,so ill fix the wires  from the alternator ,and will see what happens
Huh if you have a bad stator can the cb-1 start with out trouble or it does'n Huh?
i made a mistake when i changed the spark plugs i conected the wires with out the serv manual
and things went wrong two of the three alternator wires fryed right beafore the voltage inverter
the bike didn't start ever since i guess better to get new spark plugs and a new batt ...

You can start a bike with a dead battery with a push start.  I did that for my CB-1 a week or so back when a duff voltage regulator fried it.   Tongue   However, you can't do it for a bad alternator. If your stator is bad you won't be getting enough juice to keep anything running, so you'll ruin your battery in short order too. 

There's a stator for sale on eBay right now.  You can also get replacements from http://www.electrosport.com/ (regulators too.)  EBay probably can be a reliable place for a wiring loom too, if you need one - there seem to be a couple of shops that are parting out older bikes at the moment.  Call around and find out if nothing is on sale.

 Grin Grin right now im ordering some parts (pulse g, gasket and new spark plugs)
also i m fixing the wires that come from the alt so is good to know you can push start the cb-1
also i keep an eye on ebay for goods . thanks  johnny
roger roger i have the serv manual and the comm serv manual ... thanks again i hope no to have problems with the stator.
