Up for sale is the Ducati style under seat exhaust CB-1. Pictures are here http://s580.photobucket.com/albums/ss241/rupert55/CB-1/   Bike does not look exactly like this any more as we have installed CBR400rr bodywork from Beasley. Also a new seat same as pics but with no vent holes. Have bought smurf blue paint for it all, just waiting for a time to do it. Comes with some extra bits, manual, and project CBR400rr alloy swing arm. Bike is very fast and handles like a dream. Found out we still have the Sportsman Lightweight lap record for the Fabi track at Shannonville. Would like to get $2,800 for it, help pay for the RS125 she is riding now, but open to offers. Or drop price a bit, you take the paint. Can call 905-263-9932 or email studar@xplornet.com.

She is doing really well. The RS is a very different machine, very light. The whole package, rider and bike is only 260lbs! There's a bunch of kids here slog it out every race weekend have a great time. Would have kept the CB-1 but have too many bikes. Can't ride them all. You still racing yours? Trying to find a pic with the RR full fairing on. Looks great.

Glad to hear she is enjoying it!  I rode a friends 125 awhile back and its insane!  Its like video game insane!  You think about turning and it turns!  The bars seem to be about 10 inches apart compared to the 1.  I outweighed his 125 by about 45 lbs!  It was a great experience, but I would not consider giving up my 1 for it.  2009 was the last time I raced.  I had 2 second place finishes.  I put things on hold for a bit to work on my business.  You know how it goes, sacrifices now to have more later.  Within the next 2 yrs, I will be in a position to race/track ride as much as I want to!  That even means considering coming over to break your lightweight track record!  Smiley   I would love to heard how your 1 sounds with the dual Hindle cans!  My racing goal is still to podium at the National Championships!

Are they having the CBR125RR challenge at the Nationals this year?  Those 4-stroke bikes seem like alot of fun, but she is going to learn so much on the 2-stroke!  Once she gets comfortable cornering on the 2-stroke, she will become faster on anything she rides!  I wish her good luck with her season!  Keep me posted.

that's pretty cool, i'm working on building a CB-1 racebike as well. it's running and all but the tank is rusted horribly, and we have no bodywork for it. we're going to try an R6 front and a GSXR-600 tail section on it. we also have a short muffler that ends right under the right foot peg.
