Hey guys, this my CB-1 in gloss black and pearl white. The paint job isn't totally finished yet as I still have to pay to have some custom decals I've design, printed off and then lacquer them in.
I bought it for £350 from a friend who had it holed up in his garage for 6 years! I fell in love with it almost instantly. When I bought it, it was metallic blue and a lil' bit beaten up from a spill a few years prior to storage, and wouldn't turn over.
After a good clean, some lubes and catching the carbs on fire a few times (oh how I love quickstart spray), the old girl turned over and now runs sweet as a nut.
I have my theory bike test on 29th June and can't wait to pass the rest and ride her on the road for the first time.
Wish me luck! Cheesy

Also - anyone know what Crash Bobbins and Akrapovic Exhaust System fits the bike comfortably. We can modify almost anything to fit, but would prefer to do so as little as possible.

Thanks,
- Robb.

welcome and enjoy Smiley

Still restoring mine (well, my GF's) so don't know too much yet. Exhausts are hard to find though, I have seen crash bars before.

Crash bobbins from hornet 900 with longer mounting bolts will fit right on there! welcome. as for exhaust you don't have much choice, sf exhaust will fit but if stock will be short, if you get one of the two piece exhausts that came out on latermodels then you can just replace the end can with what ever you want! welcome and enjoy
