Looking for Westcoast CB1 (Southern California)

Hi, I'm looking to buy a CB1 in the Western region of the US. Currently located in Riverside, California.
I'm looking to spend around $1500.

Daily commuting from my work and school.
I had a 1984 Honda CM450 2 months ago, but sold it to help a friend fly back home from over seas for the summer.
So now I'm bike less.

I've also been looking for a cb450 as a project cafe racer.
But the CB1 has always enticed me. Maybe it's just the naked body.
