Keihin VG06 carbs

I have trawled the net to try and find an overhaul/service kit for the VG06 carbs, all that have come back list the pilot jet and base gasket, Keihin still produce kits for 60's carb based models even for old Keihin carbe'd hog's, even Sudco only list the pilot,so.............I've contacted Keihin's Presedent, "Tsuneo Tanai" via e-mail..so will have to see what comes back.



The plot thickens, trawled through, "Archives" and all references to the stockist's of jets show.........main needle jet holder,and screw in main jet........my VG06,s have a one piece hex head main jet come needle jet,and yes its 105 cant find any anywhere.

Update!!

To convert to a 2 peice main jet/needle and slows would cost £86,08 before postage and dreaded vat.

Not far from where I am is a firm called, "Dyno Bike" and they are agents for, "DynoJet" so popped a-mail off to them yesterday, (Sunday) and this morning got a reply there, "Stage 1 kit" comes in at £104 all in.......vat.delivered.

So when pension goes in bank, £104 of it will be lighter.

Not  £86,08...............£138.72 for 4 carbs.        New needle holders, 105 main jets, and 35 slow jets..........
