My headers are showing some rust. Has anyone used a matte black, high temperature paint on their headers that was durable and good looking?

Barbeque paint looks very close to the original Honda finish and is reasonably robust.

I've used it on an engine block and it was good for that.

I've used VHT Satin Black header paint with good results.  Easy to apply and you can layer enough on to fill in lots of small rust imperfections.  Designed for engine headers so the heat is no problem.  Available at any auto parts store.
