Thanks for the responses to painting the headers. I just bought a '90 CB-1 on 10/30/11. Right now I've got my '75 Norton in pieces and when I put it back together I'll start working on the CB - which leads me to my next questions:

1-Is anyone publishing any reproductions of the original service manual?
2-Does Honda still deal in parts for the CB (in the US) and if not, where are some good sources for parts?

Original Honda service manuals come up on Ebay all the time, you shouldn't have any trouble finding one.  Parts can be difficult to find as many items are no longer available.  Basics like oil filters, spark plugs, brake pads, wheel bearings, etc. can be had from a number of sources but body parts, gauges, some engine gaskets are vary scarce.  If you're lucky, your CB doesn't need much, otherwise you're in for a job getting the parts.
