You couldnt go wrong with any of the shocks that you listed. Check their websites or give them a call.
I decided to have Jamie Daurety
http://www.daughertymotorsports.com/ make me up a shock. He's done work for me before and is a specialist on early VFRs which were also linkless. He's cost effective too. He's going to rebuild a Fox for me an spring and valve it to my spec. I would higly reccomend him.
He did a pair of forks for my SV650 that have CBR F3 uppers in my SV lowers that worked out great. Adjustable cartridge damping but I got to use my own wheel and brakes. I wouldn't want to visually alter my -1 much. I love it for the classic it is.
With regards to a perfomance exhaust system... you may hit the lottery first! There were only a few performance systems made for the 1. Ontario Moto Tech/Sudco was the best made for the 1. Kerker was a good one. You will probably find a Kerker before you find an OMT. If you know of a good muffler shop, see if they could make you one...
My last -1 had a Sudco on it but I can live without a pipe. You're right, a rarer part for a rare bike isn't likely to show up anytime soon.
