Think it's fixed now, was a starting prob (hopefully sorted) seems the new battery was not charged fully from the motorbike shop ! and a loose connector leading to the charging unit thingy.SOLD

 pics here , £500   45,000 miles approx tax and mot till end Feb 2012   done very very few miles since last mot
