Occasionally I get a bit of moisture on the inside of my tach. It's just a small amount that appears on the lower part of the glass. I never ride i n rain (or snow) and the bike is ever outside in those conditions. The bike is stored in an unheated garage when not in use.

2 tips to try..

1 put a silica bead bag tie wrapped so it cant interfere   with components.

2 remove clocks dismantle and in upper casing your left with clock glass dilute a small amount of washing up liquid to water, (more washing liquid to water ratio),and wash, then with a clean lint free cloth dry and polish........ this also works with helmet visors-------stops them fogging up internal side.

I have the same, occasional problem.  I replaced the foam gasket between the gauge cover and the actual gauges and while in there cleaned up the glass very well.   Still, wound up with a bit of condensation on  a cold, damp day.  I have some small silica pouches and might try to squeeze one in there.  Not sure if there's a way to completely seal the glass from all outside humidity.
