Hey all, my sprocket carrier bearings have obliterated and i was just wondering where you guys get your parts from. I've considered getting my sprocket carrier bearing from Wemoto but they don't say if the bearing comes with the dust/oil seals as well. My CB-1 is my only form of transport and i need it fixed ASAP. Thanks!  Grin

Simplybearings
eBay
Wemoto
Or why not try your local bike shop? Pay a quid or two more and get your bike safe again. Sprocket bearings failed can cause big damage when it eventually seize. Which it will. Could easily snap your chain for one thing.

(6204) bearing you can get these un-shielded, metal-shielded,rubber-shielded - -- One thing I would say if you plump for shielded how are you going to tell, 1 if it has the correct amount of grease, 2 and the correct grade.
Seal is 28X47.2X7 arie

Honda Pan European 1100 front wheel uses same bearings and seal Honda part numbers(and prices Cry)

91052-MZ2-A21 bearing

91252-MC4-003 seal

I personally would go with an un-shielded bearing and lubricate it myself with a hmp lithium based grease  best way to do is make sure all surfaces are clean  install bearing then using a grease gun pump grease into the bearing surfaces  fit seal and away you go.

2RS (double rubber shielded) all the way. The most times I've changed these they've been original bearings which are often shielded only on the outside and they rust from the inside due to slow water ingress.

If you are paranoid you can lightly lever the shield off and put more grease in but don't pack it or it tends to seep out and collect grit as a grinding paste.
