I have used Fox Twin Clicker on several bikes, including a VFR and a SV650, They are great well made and adjustable for ride height, compression, rebound and preload. Penseke reccomends the same spring rates for the VFR and the CB-1.
Check with the seller for rate and eye to eye length but this could be a good shock for the -1.
I just had a Fox TC custom built for my -1. They are awesome shocks.
His asking price is high, but I would offer $350 if it works out to be the right length and rate for you.
