Was riding to work this morning and moved to the right to avoid a car stopping short, guy parked on the right opened his car door and I smacked into it...  The bike's mostly OK, but the headlight bucket / mounting bracket is toast as are the instruments / dash housing / lights / etc.....  Am *really* hoping to find some replacements as the bike is very clean otherwise and will be my g/f's first bike.... Anyone know of a source or have something?Huh?

Damn!! The dreaded "door prize". Sorry to hear. Glad that you are ok. Unfortunately I think you may find that those parts are like hens teeth.
If you are in the U.K. you may find a few more bikes being broken down for parts but your best bet is to watch ebay worldwide and find what you need. The instrument cluster is specific to the CB-1, the headlight and brackets may be able to be substituted from a 650GT or other similar naked bike but I am not sure which ones will work.

Good luck on getting it back together. It is a great first bike for anyone.

Yeah, it's a damn good city bike too :-(

If anything, I'll order them OEM new and pay for it if I had to, the bike only has 4000 miles and is otherwise nearly mint....

*really* hoping to find them second hand however....

Don't really need a triple clamp set... I think that's all straight, although I may pick it up from you just in case...

Got a lead on clocks, need the headlight assembly (although my headlight itself is fine), but all the mounting hardware and what not...

I also need a tank :-(  And the timing cover and starter cover....
