Usually carbs that need synced will dip like that. I sync mine at the beginning of every riding season and by now there is a little bit of a dip. I would also bump up your idle speed, 1200 is a little low, I think idle speed is 1300 +/- 200 rpm. I (try) keep mine at 1500, so if it does dip it doesn't stall out.

I got mine a few months ago. The one I have is a grey market import from Canada. The guy I bought it from said they had to add the air pump for the CARB certificate in order to get CA plates. Mine has an idle fluctuation when it's warm too. The seller blamed it on the air pump.
Idunno. I'll get the carbs synced up and post back if that fixes it.

Took me three or four times cleaning out the idle jets before junk in the carbs stopped clogging them. Sometimes it would clog a jet for a few minutes then clear and other times it would be stuck good and require removal of the carbs. I must have got most of the loose varnish out now cuz it's been quite a while since I had any idling troubles.
