Hi nismo33
Welcome to the forum.

First the obvious but sometimes overlooked kill switch. Is it turned on? Click it off and on a couple of times to make sure it is seated in the on position.

Second question: Did you physically check that there is no spark? If the bike was out of gas then the only time that the fuel pump is trying to refill the carbs is when the bike is actually cranking over and it can be some time before it actually fills the carbs enough to fire. If you haven't checked for spark then it could just still be starved for gas. If you have cranked it over a fair amount the battery may be discharged to the point of not having enough spark to fire. They are fussy on having full voltage to start when cold. Try boosting it with a car battery if possible.

Get back to me and we will go further if required.

As for the right and left engine sidecovers, there are several CB-1's being parted out on ebay right now and that is your best bet for most parts.

Good luck
