The best way to know, if replacing the stock swingarm, is going to improve the bikes handling, is to ride the bike back to back, over the same roads, at the same speeds, with the only change being the 2 swingarms.   The more things you can keep the same, the better you will be able to understand the differences of the 2 swingarms.  I think this will be impossible to determine on the street.  You would have to ride very hard to get the feedback you need, to determine which one handles better.

A race track would be the place to do this.  The only thing out of your control, would be the weather. Track condition will always be the same. Keep the tire pressures the same. If you are not able to do this all on the same day, make sure the weather conditions on the 2nd day, are as close as possible to the weather on the first day of your test.  And bring a stop watch. On a track, if there is a difference in handling between the 2 swingarms, the stop watch will show this.  This is the only way, i believe, to determine a handling difference between 2 swingarms.

To have a street/track day bike, go with a different swingarm, if you do not plan on pushing this bike to its limits.  The stock 'arm is not an attractive piece!  A single sided one, a gull arm, or even a braced arm, look way better!  I can say this because of the way i race my 1, the stock swingarm is plenty strong. The change needed to make it handle better, is the rear shock. Toss the stock shock and find an adjustable one...
