Hi Everyone. Another Canadian here from Whistler B.C. Yes, there's more to do here than just skiing here:)

I just bought my CB-1 last week. It's an 89 with 12,000 kms. I'm new to riding and am working on my license right now. I had my first ride last night. This is going to be fun.....

hey

From Vancouver, BC. I got my CB-1 from a friend who had it sitting in his garage collecting dust. I have had it for a month or so now, and have been frantically replacing parts and cleaning the tank, replacing fuel lines, plugs, brakes, etc. Should be good to go mid July.

There were two for sale here not long ago, about when I bought mine. One was under 3K and one just over if I remember correctly. Both on craigslist. One was in Victoria. I checked the other day and they both seem to be gone, there is a guy selling a honda 400 VFR, rothmans edition bike. It looks cool as well.

cheers

I bought the one that was just over $3000. It only has 12,000 kms  and I ended up getting for $2900

Keepin' the old thread alive! Timmins Ontario here, wondering if there is anybody further north than Parry-Sound? (for all you southerners believe it or not there are still paved roads north of Sudbury  Shocked)
Dan
P.S. Possibly heading to St.Thomas/London area in mid-Sept, looking for coffee and a show of the local landscape! Grin

Some of the  best riding in Ontario is in the Parry Sound area. They have a great sportbike rally every year. When you have a firmed up date for your trip to London post up or pm me. We can meet up.
