O.K.
I did a dual headlight conversion (running relays to them today) and my headlights went out spontaneously the other day. I thought it was a blown fuse but all the fuses are fine.
Anyone have any ideas of what could be the problem?
- there is no power going to the headlight socket
- the headlights are operation when run from a battery
- there is no power reaching the hi/lo handlebar switch

Hey, maybe you should follow all of the wires affiliated with your headlights with a circuit tester and figure out exactly where power is stopping. Then see if you can repair that area or bypass it altogether.

Wow! You are a total genius. I followed all the wires and found that the black/red going into the right handlebar switch was getting power, but the blue/white coming out wasn't. Well I thought about ordering a new switch but it turns out that I could just bypass it and it works fine. Bike on light on, bike off light off.
You have to be the greatest electical mastermind I've ever encountered. Thank you so much for your help. YOU ARE REALLY COOL!!!
