Heya, does anyone know where I can get a new rear brake hose for the CB1?
there is a steel braided one on wemoto.com for £30 ($60)
That seems a bit expensive to me. Undecided

My existing hose has developed a huge bulge leaving a the rear brake with a spongey feel.

I would spend the xtra on the SS braided hoses front & rear. It improves feel & longevity.

Yup, sounds good to me. I picked up a shiney new braided brake hose for £23 ($43) Today.
I'll try and fit it next weekend.  The front brake hose is already braided so i won't bother replacing that.

i managed to pick up a goodridge stainless line for the front of my -1 for the princely fee of $10, shipped to my door.

brand spanking new, still in the packaging.

how?? well, i measured the length of the stock hose then searched the 'bay for just straight up stainless line. found one within 1" of the stock length. it also helped that the lister spelled 'braided' as 'breaded'

Haven't you ever heard of breaded brake lines? Bake 'em at 400 degrees for 30 minutes and they taste real good. lol

I did the same for my '86 Honda ATC250r. They are real cheap on ebay already premade! You just have to know the right size length. What size did you buy so other folks won't have to measure theirs?
