My 1 has been hard to start since the temp has dropped.I have an extended turkey holiday so I thought I would jank the carbs off.During float bowl removal ,I started moving my choke cable arm and noticed when I moved it that only one choke was moving ,number 2 carb. A lock screw  that tied all 4 carbs together had fallen out. So when I was choking the engine I was only choking the #2 cylinder. I will post later tomorrow after I put carbs back together and eat lots of turkey, in that order. Dennis

I just finished with a test run and it is running crisp. She fired right up once fuel reached the carbs.I had one nonremovable slow jet that was clogged but I was able to clean it out with a wire strand out of my wire brush. My main jet is 108 and slow is 38. What are the stock  sizes?I hope this helps anybody who is having a hard time starting.happy thanksgiving

Good to hear you're up and running but be careful using bit's of wire to clean the jets, if you scratch the bore, it can cause some wierd running problems. Get yerself some carb drills and use with caution. Wink I think stock jets were 105 and 35 on the US model, what pipe do you have?
