Are you pointing at the brake hose or at the guide ?
The guide is available separately, but for the US also includes the reflector mount.
Part # 33740-KAF-670 and it is still available.

The brake hose is no longer available.....

I'm looking for the hose guide.  Are you saying it is number 1 in this fiche? That appears to be what i am looking for, i guess i will just have to cut off the reflector part.  Thanks for the find!  Also, do you know if it just clips on the hose or does the hose have to be removed and then passed through it?

Just had a peek at the bike under the blanket and the hose just clips in to the bracket. It has a rubber spool over the hose to protect it from the clip. The spool must be split as well to fit over the hose but I couldn't actually see the split.
