you can get an inline gearbox which fits between cable end and speedo,mine came with MPH stickers also. no probs after 1yr but kph was much more exciting! try wemoto.com or this one on t' e-bay

I am german myself and got a Cb1 with mp/h clock, but iam not exactly sure if i want to swap it..


But there is also the option to switch the disk(?)that thing with the numbers written on it..

Another much cheaper option is Trail Tech. They are very big in the dirt bike scene. I have installed one on a dirt bike. Very easy installation, very sturdy. Not the greatest bling bling, but there is a dash panel case that would completely replace the existing dash.
