Not too bad. I'd work the edges a bit to make it flow with the existing tail a bit more. The front corner curve puts it too far away from the seat too. The mock up is great -  it gives a real good iead of what potential is there.

BTW: Love the Tuono (i call it the Oh-No-No). One of the best engines ever made. My buddy just ordered a new 2009 one.

The cowel is shorter than seen in pic, the fiber underneath is drying at the moment, put in on yesterday, its taking a bit cause its still 0 degrees here. F*&cking winter. but it is very sturdy, and looks good. if it turns out next project will be a tail, like the MV SPR. this is what the other side looks like
I think the Honda Stickers on the sides is the way to go, the 400 would look OK if done better.
