What for Aircleaners do you use? Are there K&N ore something in that way available in US/UK?

To save money, you can just cut out the paper from the old element and make your own.

Hey thanks for the Pics..
Is that a special Filterfoam that you use?
Did you changed the Jet-Kit?

There was a stage 1 jet kit already on the bike. When I decided to go with a foam filter, I had the bike tuned on a dyno to get the correct fuel/air ratio, since the foam allows the engine to breath better. We did have to change the jets because of the increased air flow.
I use to work at a place that made foam filters for lawn mower engines and such. The foam I used was nothing special. It was scrap, just laying around, so I took it to one of the engineers, who rides a Harley Sportster, told him what I wanted to do, and he designed it. When I told him of the gains that I got from all 3 filters, he was happy! And so was I!

OK - so I'll look for some Filterfoam...
What Sized does the jets have? actually I have 110er Jets in the Carburetors and i cuttted the snorkels from the airbox.
But with this it feels like I have short interruptions when I throttle up and down...
