Use http://www.photobucket.com if you are doing multiple pictures, you will need to create an account.  Or if your only doing a couple use http://www.tinypic.com , no account needed.  If using tinypic.com resize it for "message board 640x480"

just edit your pictures bye making them smaller , like 200% smaller ect
