Hi all,

Enjoy a picture of my CB1. I still have some details to finish up, touch out, overspray.. .

Enjoy.

Sorry about the small file size.

Beautiful motorcycle, it all works together well.

Wouldn't go as far as to say that; the swingarm angle is not good, not good at all. It'll cause the chain to run slack, it'll cause the swingarm rubber to wear quickly and if not paid attention to, rub through to the arm. It'll mess with the handling terribly. And it also gives the bike a look of an adventure/ offroad machine. Needs lowering back down, to my eye.

I was wondering the same thing, but didnt say anything.   Lips Sealed  What caught my eye, was the back part of the seat is actually higher than the gas tank.  Because the rear end is so high, it makes the engine look like its tilted forward.  I thought it was an optical illusion.  I like the look of the bike, but I really wonder how this bike handles...

it's not an illusion! the engine really is tilted at the "wrong" angle.

if you consider how much difference it makes to check your oil level on the kick stand or on level ground, then you will realise that this bike is also very unlikely to have the right oil level in it.

That is true. lol  But with the engine slanted so much forward, when you drain the oil, wouldn't you have to now measure the amount that drains out?  I have to believe that because of the forward angle of the engine now, not all oil is going to drain out.  The lowest point is now towards the front of the oil pan.

Question... What type of mod would put the engine at such an angle???

The engine isn't slanted. Its the slope of the ground and the angle of the camera.
