Hello guys,

The brake discs on my bike are getting pretty damn low, .5mm remaining and i wondered if anybody on here knows of somewhere I can hold of them for a sensible price. I need the pair and quite a few of the websites I've found quote price each, which comes to an astronomical amount.

Thanks v much.

CB-1 has only a single front disc. Better find out exactly what front end you have if it has dual discs. There are no others which use the same disc as the -1 AFAIK.

edit: You don't by chance mean the pads?

If i every need new parts for my bike i get them from here...

http://shop.wemoto.com/index.dyn?oid=25311

They sell brake discs and brake pads, just scroll down the page.  You will find that disc's are blooming expensive but you should be able to pick up a set of pads for £15-20 inc. postage.

Hope this helps.  Wink

Its full name is Honda CB400 SuperFour "Project Big One"
I've talked to quite a few people who say that they've taken off the two discs and replaced them with one big one, often with conflicting opinions. So I'd like to keep it with 2, looks better as well.
I'll have to keep hunting, going to have come up with something soon though, they are down to within .5mm
Thanks for the link.

Whether its your brake disks or brake pads that are down to .5mm, I suggest not riding your bike until you replace them.  Its not safe to ride with a measurement like that whether its the disks or the pads...
