Drewski - Could you post some more detailed pictures?  I've tried the "ears" off a bracket from Japan and the holes did not lines up correctly.

Or I will post pics of the damaged "ear" tomorrow for better reference.

The ones here are CB-1, do you think you may have the wrong ones on your bike? Off a Bros maybe Should have "MN8 L,(or R)" on the inside.

That's right.  The bent one I'm looking at is "MN8-R"     "R l K-1" (circle around R and K)
