I have designed and made replacement outer clutch covers out of 6061 billet aluminum.  I can engrave anything in the middle surface for your custom needs. I haven't seen any of these around so thought I would offer them up.  I can also design and fab custom sprockets, rear sets, triple clamps, or whatever.  Email me if your interested or have more questions.

Could you make one from nylon or teflon type material? Need one for racing. might slide and save the main cover.

Interesting how the person that started this thread, had someone respond to their offer the same day they posted, which has now been 2 months ago, and has yet to respond back to that person or anyone else.  They also chose to not show an email address so that potential customers could get in touch with them...  Hmmm

Are they using Private Messaging? I'm still tring to figure this forum out. The messaging doesn't seem to keep a copy of sent messages.

They probably make custom parts for many models and forgot to check the box to be notified of replies...

A shame really. i'd love one or two of these, particularly if they had a replaceable plastic bumper on them.

I don't have one at all, just some tin pot home made thing. We are setting up to make a nylon one that will slide. not planning on crashing it, but you know...

CMSNL does have everything you want, however my friend bought something tiny for his hornet and got charged astronomical prices for the P&P check out the postage price before you buy, Plus i reckon these would just be plastic replacements?
