Tuning my carbs...

So I just installed the dynojet stage 1 jet kit and now needs to tune the bike. The manual I have for the bike says to use a tachometer that shows increments of 50 rpms. Where would I find this or is there another way to do it? Appreciate any help. Thanks.

I would recommend you get it on a Dyno if possible.They're a lot cheaper nowadays.
