Spotted CB-1 in Burnsvillle, Minnesota

I just took the Cliff Rd. exit of 35W and as I was coming around the long curve that takes you under the interstate I saw another CB-1 heading the opposite direction. Who ever it was gave me a wave. I wonder if he bought from the same guy I got mine from. He had three of them. Kind of weird. I think I've seen a hand full of these things in my life and three weeks after buying one I see one by my house.
