I have made the swap my self.

I got help from a different site (http://hondacb1.proboards.com/)

Its a direct swap BUT

a  )The only thing that was different for my bike was the headrace bearings.I had to replace them to match
b  )Your handle bars might hit your tank,so you need to lenghten the stoppers by making a blob with the welder.I tried mine and dont hit the tank so I left it alone.
c ) Handle bar might need electrical tape for the switches to make a tight fit.I didnt use on mine and are a tight fit
d ) You will need shorter cables for throttle and clutch. From my experience you will need the clutch one cause the cable is now long and the lever does not have the tension to stay still and it has a lot of free play. You cannot adjust it with the 2 adjuster cause the cable is significally longer.I use the stock one on mine Smiley
e ) What you really need is a mounting bracket for headlight and speedo, either universal or custom made.........Without the speedo the bike will not run properly when ridden
