I have pretty much finshed getting my -1 ready for the road but the last problem i have is that the temp gauge doesn't work, so i was just wondering if anyone had a tips on were to start finding the problem. cheers

If you take the tank off the pick up for the temp guage is on the thermostat housing low down and to the left pop the wire off and short it to earth/ground,

If your gauge goes up then the problem lies with the temp sensor or you have a low coolent level leaving the sensor dry and unable to get any real heat in it,

If the temp gauge doesn't rise when you earth the connector (bullet type I think) then there may be a problem with the gauge or its wiring.
