Hi, me and the hubby picked up a CB-1 a few weeks ago.  The intention was that it would be a winter hack which could live at the front of the house as we don't have a drive and the access to our back garden is a muddy track about 7 houses up the street.  If the bike gets knocked over or stolen, it'll be annoying, but not the end of the world.

However, hubby appears to have fallen in love with it so it may become more than just a winter hack.  He has a CBF600 and I have a Hornet 600 sat in the back garden - mine's parked up for the winter as I'm not long after having an op on one hand and I can't really get the Hornet in and out of the garden (on top of the mud, we've a slippy ramp into the garden via a thin gate which has lost me a few wing mirrors along the way!).

Anyway, the bike - it's a 1989 model with around 14k (miles) on the clock.  It's not in the best nick, but does appear to have newish oil, brake pads and sprockets if not the chain.

Hubby sorted a very rusty swingarm and ordered the missing part to make the brake light work from the front brake.  The indicators started off with a 3-10 second delay after being turned on, but that's sorting itself out (lack of use maybe?).

Cheers.

We won a salvaged bike on fleabay Sunday so it was delivered last night - hubby wanted the stainless exhaust (though it's badly road-rashed unfortunately) and any other decent bits we can get before we strip it.
