CB-1 Pearl Presto Blue Paint (B-131P)

Does anyone know anywhere in the UK that has the formulation for Pearl Presto Blue Paint (B-131P) and can supply in touchups and aerosol? I've not had much luck searching and RS Motorcycle Paints who I've had recommended know it exists but could only colour match as they haven't got the formulation on their system, I really don't fancy sending the mudguard off to be colour matched as at 20 years old I'm fairly certain it will have faded by now......
