It's time to sell my CB1, have not got a garage big enough to keep all my bikes so need the space. Cry
I live in Bristol, England.
The bike is a 1992 U.S spec machine, 37000 miles, 9months MOT, 8 Months Tax. I've known of it's history since 1993 when my Wife bought it, it was then sold to my bosses Girlfriend in 1999, then I bought it back to commute on in 2007. Lots of good trips done on this bike. Sadly now I have to sell the old girl, so good owner needed.
£800 ono.

800 quid?  That's a lot of bike for the money!
I just had to pay the equivalent of 1000 for one of these thats nowhere near as good condition as yours.
Mind you it's great to ride, & doesn't break down unlike the TDR!!!

Just how many bikes you got that you have to sell this one???  At some point it was re-painted, because we only got the smurf blue colored ones here in the States.  Your one looks to be in great shape!!!  What are the other bikes you have?  It would be tough for me to make a decision to sell that 1...

Hi Chris, yea it's in good nick but there is a crack in tail section & a chip or 2 in the paint work. How many on here have a TDR250 & a CB1 then?

It's not how many bikes, it's the garage lacking in size.  Undecided
Your right, we had it sprayed after it had a spill with me on board  Roll Eyes, it was Smurf blue before.
I know tough choice but a VTR1000 Firestorm aka Superhawk took it's place in the Autumn. I would like to keep but it's got to go, had a fantastic trip to Spa Francochamps last year on it though.  Smiley
Other bikes: TDR250, Fs1e, YB100, BSA bantam plus the kids field bikes.

It's the original hose, a local bike shop put the braiding on about 15 yrs ago. The end fitting is just an alloy cover over a jublie clip. You must be able to buy the braiding from somewhere

Hi Mark, that's good news, so it will be all ready for you. Have you got a date for your test yet? What was with the colour codes you asked for, are you going to touch up the chip bits?

Hi Mick, I failed the 1st part of my test (the off road section) whilst walking the bike I dropped it dohh, the schools bike that is, so now I've got to wait until June 3rd now to take the retest. Will probably touch up the paint at some point in the future I plan to keep the bike for a while, I had been looking for a decent 400 for a while they seem to be quite in demand these days and a lot of them seem to have been caned a bit  Grin so I'm going to hold on to it.
