Seems overpriced compared to what I paid for my standard blue '89 in October.

Nice but overpriced. It would have to be pristine original for that much. The exhaust looks too big, the rear fender has been chopped and the mirrors are non oem. It has been repainted non Honda color. All things which detract from the value.
