Hi CB owners ! It's been 9 months I didnt post here, just because I didn't have enough time to ride that much this year.

Nothing new, I just replaced the dead battery today. Last week was hella hot (+40°C) and when I left work the bike wouldnt start, no juice. I thought it was the alternator but with these temperatures and the battery being placed just under the seat as you know, the heat killed it.

I'm not coming without pictures of my two toys so VintageHunter, ya gonna be happy  Grin. None of em is a track killer but I'm smiling every time I take the keys, so that's a great point Wink

Yeah, my cat decided to photobomb me  Grin

I was about to sell the CB1 a few weeks ago, since I don't use it much (2000 miles last year) but I told myself nah, you gonna get a couple of bucks for something you spent hours on making, and you'll regret every second when you're 30 and nostalgic about your past vehicles. So I'm keeping it, but I'm looking for a better place (I live in the city and only ride to get to work, no interesting curvy roads where I live) so I'm thinking about taking the CB to my parents place 30 miles away, so I could enjoy rides on sunny week ends and my father would be happy to ride it too I guess.

Anyway, does anybody have an idea of where I could find this piece of plastic (from my crash last year) ? Remember I live in the EU.

Thank you for reading !

When it arrives, it has the HONDA logo.

I must admit...eventhough I'm a "somewhat" purist at heart when comes to these CB1s...I'm certainly diggin' that white stripe you got goin' down the center of the paint scheme...very choice!
very retro.

Imma renew the stripe this summer probably. Since it's just covering it starts getting dirty and adhesive wants to escape.

Thanks mate. I love how much sympathy this bike gets from people, this morning I was at a local event where people are taking a coffee and showing their cars / bikes (cool place, respectful people, nobody revving or doing stupid shit, they just park here and have a walk) and I noticed how many people stopped at the CB. They would come and talk about the bike too

A Seven Fifty  Smiley

It was really clean and nicely done, but I'm not a fan of the anodized bolts, caps, and levers.

Bad I didnt see the owner

CB750F2, I saw another one café racer'ed locally. Looked nicely done. Surprising considering the look of the original bike.
