I think that's a Sargent seat.
Looks an aweful lot like mine in shape.
(of which mine is for sale...I know, it's yellow but its in great shape).

The only problem is that my bike is bright blue...so a yellow seat may not look all that great. Anyone able to photoshop that seat and color onto a blue CB-1?
