Just one comment.....I think your CB1 is in fantastic shape.......but.........err.........I think your license plate needs to be a bit larger. I'm not sure we can see the numbers from 10 miles away yet (Jk) Wink

cake plate...you're referring to the size of the license plate....yes I can see where it could be construded as a 'cake plate'....yes, here in the states the plates for a motorcycle are roughly 4" tall by about 6 or 7 inches long.........definitely NOT the size of a chess board. Sorry guys, but you do have some 'other' stuff we crave from time to time.

Next month I will go a 1500 mile trip to the alps, including some pass roads and the "royal" pass for motorbikes the "stilfer joch" .......

I think then I can set a few more beautiful pictures for you here which then hopefully divert the cake sheet  ;-)

In uk they are 9x7, so you're actually smaller by area!

Es gibt auch ein deutsches Forum, nur dort gibt's wenige Leute die aktiv beitragen und noch weniger, die positives dazusenfen. Froh, dich bei uns willkommen heißen zu dürfen Smiley

you blokes need to find a way to have removable pins in the back of the "cake plates" so you can use them as lap trays for when you stop and eat somewhere.
