Hello everyone. As some of you know, I have a few different CB1's. I purchased a parts bike a while back. It did not have a key. A locksmith tried to pick the gas cap lock, but it was frozen solid. We ended up having to drill it out. You can see all the corrosion on the underside. I thought someone here might find the pictures useful. I now need a new gas cap for this tank. Does anyone know if one of the Honda universal "racing" style caps will work? I attached a picture of one that I am looking at. Thanks

Anything specified for a CBR600RR should work. I bought one of these Chinese copies from ebay and it seemed virtually identical. The hinged cap did not sit quite level when locked down, but that would not be an issue with those keyless caps.

I would always prefer to fit a locking cap on a road bike but the racing (keyless) cap would also fit
