No dents that I see but rattle can painted flat black. Clean inside. No cap or petcock. I doubt anyone carefully fixed the dents then just painted it. Maybe it was lightly scratched. $100 + ship.

Upon closer inspection, there looks to be bodywork popping out from the left side.   Price drop to $60 + ship.    Good repaint candidate.
